These Terms & Conditions apply to use of JI's website and purchases from JI Jewelry, operated by JI Designs LLC. By placing an order or using JI's website, you agree to these terms.
Products and Handmade Jewelry
JI Jewelry creates handmade and custom jewelry. Because products may contain handmade or natural materials, reasonable variations in grain, pattern, color, texture, engraving appearance, and other characteristics may occur. Product photographs are intended to accurately represent our work, but display settings, lighting, natural materials, and individual craftsmanship can result in differences between photographs and the finished piece.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. JI Jewelry reserves the right to correct accidental pricing, description, or website errors before fulfilling an order. Custom-project pricing may differ depending on materials, complexity, precious-metal pricing, customer-supplied materials, or other project-specific requirements.
Payment
Payment must be successfully completed through an approved payment method before an order is considered paid. JI Jewelry currently uses third-party payment services such as Square to process payments. Receiving a checkout link, invoice, or order submission does not itself mean payment has been completed.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are subject to the Custom Order Policy. Customers are responsible for checking ring size, engraving text, personalization, shipping information, and approved design details.
Shipping
Orders are subject to the Shipping Policy. Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders. International customers are responsible for international shipping and applicable destination-country charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Orders are subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Custom, engraved, personalized, solid-gold, memorial, customer-material, and made-to-specification jewelry is generally final sale.
Website Accounts and Information
If customer-account functionality is provided, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for activity performed through their account. Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or submitting inquiries.
Intellectual Property
The JI Jewelry name, website content, original photographs, product designs, artwork, graphics, written content, custom ring-builder materials, and other original materials on JI's website may be protected by intellectual-property law. Website materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization from JI Designs LLC except as permitted by law.
Prohibited Use
Users may not intentionally interfere with JI's website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout systems, submit fraudulent orders, manipulate prices, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
JI's website may use third-party services for payments, shipping, hosting, analytics, and other functions. JI Jewelry is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JI Designs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of JI's website or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on JI's website at the time of an order will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
