United States Shipping
JI Jewelry provides free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Most made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 14 days for production before shipment. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on materials, complexity, custom work, supplier availability, or unusually high order volume. Any different estimated completion date communicated for a specific custom project will take priority over the general estimate above.
International Shipping
Free shipping applies only to eligible United States orders. International customers are responsible for the cost of international shipping.
International orders may require a shipping quote before payment. When applicable, customers will submit an international-order request and JI Jewelry will provide the final order total including shipping.
International customers are also responsible for any:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage charges
- Customs-processing fees
- Other destination-country charges
These charges are not included unless specifically stated by JI Jewelry. JI Jewelry cannot control customs-processing times or charges imposed by another country.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact JI Jewelry as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.
Carrier Delays
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates. JI Jewelry cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a shipment appears lost or damaged, contact JI Jewelry so we can help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Exchanges and Return Shipping
When an item is approved for a sizing exchange or other authorized exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to JI Jewelry and for shipping the replacement or adjusted item back to the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
